hi
we have crm online. each workflow that we ran on-demand or run automaticaly, does not work on records and goes to canceled status by system. anyone knows why?

The process which you have created will not run in background because no event has been selected at "start when".
If you are running in on demand, make sure to run on active record.
If it still doesn't work, check process session for any issues.

yes it running on demand and run on active record. it doesnot have any error at process session. It goes to the canceled state from the beginning and i donot have any solution for that. now i test other workflows and understand that any workflows does not start and goes to canceled state.

can be that your environment is on administration mode (enabled), in this mode usually workflows are not processed
you can check about this mode here

if the administration mode is not enable then open a support ticket
Can you do two things and send some additional screenshots?
1. Turn off the auto delete, checkbox on the left side of your original image, just incase any are showing successful in the jobs.
2. Open one of the process sessions that are 'cancelled' and send an image so we can see more information.
