When entering a new employee, the class code is set up to default the correct pay codes. I have a random situation when it does not ask if you want to use the defaults for the class so it does not activate any pay codes. I then have to activate each pay code that is applicable. I am wondering if this is a problem for anyone else and if there is a solution for it.

Did you get a solution to this? We are having a similar issue. When importing employees using IM, it does not always default the paycodes from the Employee Class.
