When sharing a survey, some users are not found in the list to select.
These users already have other surveys shared with them in this same environment.
Yoop -- can you share me the full survey URL and send to customervoice@microsoft.com ?

So you can see survey sent to people but they are not receiving it? or its not even sending the survey to a few people.
Please share a screenshot if possible.

Before the survey is even sent, to share it with my teammates so we can cover for each other during vacations etc.
My issue is resolved after the Customer Voice team fixed something on the back end.
