Live chat Widget in a dialog (or menu driven)

Posted on by 16
I see where the placement of the Live Chat Widget can be in the lower left or lower right (see attached below).   Is is possible to place the Live Chat Widget in a dialog so that it can be visible/hidden upon a menu selection?
(I have a custom Web application)

    Dengliang,

That example helped.  Thank you!  However, we are having trouble setting the context variables in the iframe.  Do you have an example that includes setting context variables?  Thanks again.

    Hi,

The embedded chat widget script dynamically generates an Iframe.
You can get that Iframe element node and insert it as a child node into a specific dialog box.
This requires waiting for the Iframe node to be generated, so you need to do some processing, such as going to insert the Iframe after the window.onload event.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li
