Hello. In the Work Orders, I have documented the substate, I would like to be able to capture the time and date this status is placed in the Work Order and have a new field or column. Thanks

You would probably be better off creating a new entity called something like 'Work Order Sub State Journal' and every time this value is updated then a new Work Order Sub State Journal is created with the value and date time.

You can then copy the date time value onto a field on the work order for reference
