printing issue

System taking too much of time while taking the prints if one JBN having the multiple vouchers
 
Readers may provide the more suitable suggestions for the following.
 
 
1. How to take single voucher print if one JBN having multiple vouchers
2. how to reduce the printing time
3. how to take multiple JBNs which each JBN having multiple vouchers in a single shot.
 
 
if there any other smooth processing path instead of killing time.

    Thanks for your reply, Rama. I have moved the question to the correct forum (Dynamics 365 Finance).
     
    I will try to help with your questions:
     
    1) If you need single vouchers, you can use other reports, like: General ledger > Inquiries and reports > Ledger reports > Ledger transaction list. Before printing, you can specify a voucher number as filter on the tab page Records to include.
    2) Can you share your current experience? How long does it take and how many transactions do you have in your journal?
    3) If you use the report Posted transactions by journal or go to General ledger > Inquiries and reports > Ledger reports > Posted transactions by journal, you can provide multiple journal numbers before printing.
