call controladdin from codeunit al bc160

Hello all,

i migrate business central from bc140 to bc160 but in bc160, we can't use dotnet variables in cloud.

So i tried to use js with controladdin. I saw in MS doc that controladdin is only be called in page.

Is it possible to called it from codeunit?

or is there a way to bypass ?

Any help will be appreciated.

You cannot use .NET addins. The best substitution for these are Azure Functions.

JS Control Add-ins are intended to be used with a UI to the users therefore declared with pages
