SLA is not working

I have added a quick view form of Case entity which includes the SLA timer control. I am trying to add the quick view form in the custom entity related to Case. When I am adding the Quick View form for Case in the Custom entity, the SLA Timer is showing as Not Set but the SLA is working properly in the Case entity.
 
 
Does anyone help me to find the issue .
