dbbuild.log error - upgrading from SL2011 SP1 to FP1

I am upgrading from SL 2011 SP1 to FP1 and get this error in dbbuild.log.  Project Accounting should be fully installed.  Any advice?  Thanks.

Error Text: Cannot drop the index 'PJCHARGD.pjchargd1', because it does not exist or you do not have permission.

    Sherry,

    I found another report of this error where they were able to locate the index on the PJCHARGD table in SQL and manually delete it—right click and select Delete. They then ran the Upgrade scenario and it ran without error.
