How can I have the same reminders on more than one userid? I set up a SmartList reminder that let's AP know that they have set up a 1099 vendor but didn't include a Tax id. How can I have this SAME reminder on the AP user's home page?

SY01404 clue was very helpful and I was able to resolve an issue which was driving everybody nuts.

Hi Pamela,

While I am not aware of an out-of-the-box solution, I can tell you that the SmartList reminders are stored in table SY01404 of the DYNAMICS database. It shouldn't be too hard to update that table to copy the reminder to other users.

Good idea as far as future functionality, be sure to enter it on the Microsoft Connect web site.

You could also make the smartlist report/reminder available to the system first. Then, let the end-user log in at themselves - they can change the report as one of their favorites.

login as the AP user, create a reminder for that user, and use the same SmartList
