Any update on the resolution to this?
Do you by change have Symantec installed? If so check out this KB:
954631 Error message when you start Microsoft Dynamics GP: “The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application”
May I add that you may need to reinstall GP. Perhaps one of your dictinoaries have become corrupt. Was this computer working previously and then stopped working? Has anything been added to GP recently? How about something to the computer like anti-virus or anti-malware?
Another thought...do you get this error if you run GP as administrator? Or login to the workstation as a local administrator?
This access violation occurs when a program tries to access a resource (like memory) that is not there.
How much memory is on the workstation? Do you have enough to support GP? How much free disk space do you have on the local machine? Do GP users have complete rights to the GP folder and everything below?
Pragadees,
May i know about your GP version with servicepack? And also know about when did you get this error, after installing any dll files to GP Addins folder?
