Hello Community Experts,

The owner name for the record is displayed twice in the record

As well as the user name in the user information area is displayed twice.

Please advice on this issue

This could happen if the First Name & Last nae field on the user entity has teh full name of the user. Refer below screenshot-

@ba365guy the name is displayed only once in user entity and office 365
