Hi experts,
I have created a workflow to send an email to the owner of the case record when the escalate field is changed to "YES".
In the email body, I put a hyperlink to the case record. However, when I see the received mail, the hyperlink does not redirect anywhere.
I checked the link address and all it contains is: applewebdata://3CBE4AC0-4ABC-4A37-9F6A-6B9EA43631C4#
How can I fix this issue?
