Workflow Email Record URL not working

Hi experts,

I have created a workflow to send an email to the owner of the case record when the escalate field is changed to "YES".

In the email body, I put a hyperlink to the case record. However, when I see the received mail, the hyperlink does not redirect anywhere.

I checked the link address and all it contains is: applewebdata://3CBE4AC0-4ABC-4A37-9F6A-6B9EA43631C4#

How can I fix this issue?

Hi Jon,

can you show us the workflow setting? and the hyperlink setting.

below is my hyperlink format.

<hyperlink><name>Email</name><value>{Record URL(Dynamic)(Create (Email))}</value></hyperlink>

Try to compare yours and mine.

Hi Wei Jie & Arpit,

For some reason between the <value></value> the hyperlink wasn't populating the the record URL.

I got it to work now.

Is it possible to to specify that the URL opens the Record within the Dynamics 365 iOS app?

I have some users that when selecting the link from their mobiles it would be better for the app to open and be taken to the related record.

My thoughts are that I could have two URL's within the workflow email, one that takes them to a browser and the other to the APP.
