ACTION REQUESTED: Source Code Control with Modifier/VBA

Do you want to be able to check in your Modifier/VBA customs in Visual SourceSafe or some other code repository?  Me too!  But it's it frustrating that if you want to control objects individually, you have to export each object separately from the Customization Maintenance window?!

 I've posted a Microsoft Connect product suggestion asking that Microsoft add a "export to multiple files" feature to the Customizations Maintenance window.

    Hi David,

    Don't waste your time responding to those old 'resurfaced' threads from 10+ years ago.. they are irrelevant anyway and I've the feeling that his account was just hacked and someone is playing around with his posts to bring them back.

    Just noticed this is a resurfaced old post, but responding anyway.

    Hi Ron

    VBA is "End of Life" and discontinued. It won't have any work done on it.

    I suggest using GP Power Tools to replace VBA. It has many advantages over VBA and while it can use Dexterity, SQL and .Net scripting, it has features above and beyond all three of those languages.
