Recently while testing, I observed that, system is violating 'Require Pick' condition during sales order posting.
In location, I have checked 'Require Pick' as yes, but system allow to post sales order without creating PICK. (Also, 'Bin Mandatory as Yes)
Also, observed that it works fine for item without Lot tracking, but for Items with lot tracking having above issue.
Can anyone test and confirm.
Can it be that you use reservation for the item you have been looking at?

Did you try to replicate it in standard Business Central without any customization?
If yes then you can report it to Microsoft via Support case.
