I have to hide company directory on Employee Self Service module for all users. I am new in Dynamics 365 Human Resources and I need your help. I tried with export and import, but I'm not sure what to do after import. Where is available that view, is it publish after import or I have to do something else and publish it? Thank you!

You can achieve this by removing the Duty "View the company directory" or privilege "View the company directory" from the employee role.
