I created a external link to custom exe, but nothing happens when I click it.
I manually click the exe from folder works fine.
I noticed another user opened it in the same terminal server.
Any advise on this will help.

Thanks. Not sure why, now it start working after double click it.
Just to make sure, by "click" do you mean double-click? Because you have to double click to run your External Links.
