Business central 365(NAV) & Dynamics 365 for SALES(CRM) Connector Issue

Hi,

Dynamics 365 for sales is successfully integrated with BC365(NAV) but while synching customer to CRM I am getting error that "Link to Contact".

Is it asking for Customer in BC365 to link with Contact or in CRM side?

Another issue is that while synching Sales price error log says - Customer price group does not exist2022.2.jpg.

I have tried to sync in my demo environment but I did not get any of the abovesaid error.

Hope anyone could have resolve the said issues.

    Hello Manish,

    have you already checked if your data matches the standard mapping default filters as well as the synchronisation rules?

    Hi Erik,

    I checked data is matching the standard mapping default filter and but it is not synching contact also says

    Link for customer contact.  Is there any way to debug ?

    have you already synchronized your salespeople(BC) to  users (Dynamics365 Sales)?
