Originally Solomon product was created by Solomon Software. They were developed Solomon IV. Microsoft released Solomon 5X, 6X, 7X, 8X (2011) & 9X (2015).
For your Question,Answer is yes. Dynamics SL 2015 is stable version . But Microsoft will frequently be releasing the 2015 feature packs & CU versions in near future. The newest version is MS Dynamics SL 2015 which has lots of features like project enhancements, Financial, Reporting enhancements & web apps.
