If a record on PurchTableListPage is selected, below line fields are shown by info part PurchTableListPagePreviewPane.
We tried to restrict fields e.g. PurchPrice by adding PurchLine table to the permission node of the info part.
Giving NoAccess to PurchTable and PurchPrice field, add Manual on ManagedBy. But these doesn't restrict from viewing the field.
What's the correct way to apply this?

Yes, this has to be done for each role where you want to restrict it. In the client you can also set the override permissions and then copy the setting to other roles.

You did an attempt to add a field on the table permissions node of the form part. As far as I know this is not working. You can do the override of field permissions on the security role or the privilege (from within the AOT or the Security configuration form).
I did reproduce your issue and indeed it is not working when adding the field node on the info part. I managed to get it working by adding table permissions and do an override on the purchase agent role. As side effect, the field is also not visible on the purchase order details.

Can you tell which role or role content you are using to test the behavior? Should the user be able to view or maintain the price on the purchase order details or not? It will be helpful if you can answer these questions and also share screenshots with your current attempts.
