Your D365 is online or onpre?

If is onpre you can modify the metadabase for export you data mora than 10k

if is online, you can export your data by SSIS - exporting to excel (a good idea is use xrmtool) - write some app and managing the page.

Please use 'Open in Excel' (if available) instead of 'Export to excel'.

You may use XRM toolbox and add Rajs export plugin that can be used for exporting.
