Backup Failed for Server "XXXX"

I am running Windows 10 Home and Microsoft RMS version 2.0.2000. It is a fresh install - only a few days old - but I am unable to backup the database. I found a hotfix online but the site to download it is no longer there. Can anyone assist?

    Hi - can you confirm that you are on the computer that has the RMS Database? For example - if using an external hard drive or thumb/usb flash drive - the back up device is attached to the computer that has the RMS database?  You should be able to access any hotfixes via your CustomerSource account or your Microsoft Dynamics RMS Partner (the place that you purchased RMS from).     Where can I download the hotfix? It seems the Hotfix #60 KB3096600 (9/25/2015) is the one I need. I can confirm that the computer running RMS Database is the same one I'm attempting to save to and NOT an external hard drive or thumb/usb drive. I'm using an Acer all-in-one running Windows 10 Home.
