I tried installing Web services runtime for GP 2013 but it failed. The error message was some or all identity references could not be translated. Please any useful info will be appreciated.

Do refer to this discuss I had with Leslie community.dynamics.com/.../113941.aspx. Leslie ended the conversion by providing an hint of duplicate SID.
Post discussion I did some research on duplicate SID, which hit me back during my web client installs. Found this tool very hand to identify and remove and lurking SIDs, urlreservation.codeplex.com
Clean up your URL Reservation and try again.
