Hi everyone,
I have a following problem in Management Reporter : the user who is working from a different location with exactly similar user settings is not able to drill down to transaction level in the system. I am located in a Headquarter and they are in a different location but the user settings are similar. In the system they are only able to see account level details but they cannot drill down into more details.
Have you encountered any similar problems and could you please share if you have any insights about what can be causing the problem and how to fix it?
I would appreciate your help!
