Hi I have office 365 (latest 2016) and then purchased Dynamics CRM from a different reseller. Both are hosted I cannot download the CRM add in to run to allow me to link CRM to Outlook.
The Office 365 reseller (Telstra in Australia) tells me they cannot help with a CRM issue.
The CRM is hosted and supported directly with MS and they cannot help.
Does anyone know a resolution apart from moving to google?

Tenfold just recently added MS office 365 to their integrations list. Tenfold offers features such as click to dial, automatic call logging, easy note taking and task creation, screen pops on inbound and outbound calls, new lead/contact creation when no matching records, support for cases/opportunities and advanced analytics on the backend. They also support MS Dynamics integration.
Hi, got the issue resolved today, the previous add in 2013, would not allow the 2016 addin to run. Resolution deleted add in from registry and new add in ran ok.

Hi crm is hosted by Microsoft and 365 hosted by reseller
The addin to outlook was working until crm update . 365 provider recommended update to office 2016 but now when trying to run addin it states incorrect versions
If they are both online and in different tenants, I don't think there's much you can do about some of the server to server integration. They expect to be in the samen tenant.
Combining the two in one tenant seems to be the best option. But then you need to migrate Office365 from on tenant to another or CRM.
