I would like to create a "customer" journey considering customers and users of the system. Is there a specific solution for internal marketing?

We can launch a customer journey for system users with solution below:
Due to customer journey could only target at Contact entity, so we still need to create some contact records to represent system users,
but they will be assigned to corresponding system users.(Owner field)
Next, choose the "User(systemuser)" entity to be synced with marketing-insights service with following tutorial:

Once the sync setting has been effective, we can set system users' email address field(Primary Email) as "To" field value of marketing email by assist-edit tool.
The expression is: {{contact.contact_systemuser_owninguser.internalemailaddress}}
Finally, marketing email will be delivered to system users' mailbox in customer journey.
