Producing word docs and only pulling data that is populated on the entity

I am trying to produce a word document from a custom entity where only the data that is populated passes onto the word document. I can't think of a way to populate the page with only the data that has values and have an indicator on the Word Template as to what the data refers to. In the example below I have created a word template with an indicator for what each row is but what I need is pull this dynamically and only show data that has a value like the row that shown below for Administrative. Is there a way to accomplish this?

    Yes,

    workflow is able to generate, but it will attach in the record's notes

    community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-auto-generate-word-templates-using-a-simple-workflow-and-oob-action-in-crm-2016-no-code

    but you have to create multiple word document, you have to judge is it worth it.

    Thank you for the quick response. Do you think it would be possible to use a workflow (action) with conditional statements to produce a document as described above?

    Unfortunately, this is one of the limitation of word template.
