Pay code Missing WC code for all employees

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

The user has discovered that there was a pay code for salaried employees that somehow got changed to have no Worker's comp code for any of the employees it was assigned to so the last 3 quarters of last year, any salary they received does not show up on the Worker's Comp report or in the accrual. The year is already closed and we are talking about a couple hundred employees. Would updating the WRKRCOMP field in the UPR30300 be the only place that the correction is needed?

Thanks!

    Hi,

You are excatly correct, if you update the UPR30300 table it should work correctly for you.

    Thanks
