Hello all!
I am an independent developer/contractor and I had a few months without creating a trial environment (since March 2022). Issue is, Microsoft has changed the rules for trials. Personal Accounts can no longer access Power Platform Admin Center (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/trial-faq#can-i-sign-up-for-trial-using-a-personal-email-id-thats-not-associated-with-a-microsoft-account) which is a critical part for me.
I tried creating a Power Platform trial but also requires work or school account.
So I am wondering... Independent developers, how do you create your trials for POCs or just testing new features now? did you have to create a personal Org for that?

Here is a workaround:
First register an E5 account in Microsoft 365 developer plan, after this you will get a work accout like xxxx@yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com
Then use the new work accout to register in Power Apps Developer Plan to get a developer instance, this is a renewable instance(should be longer then trial instance).
