My company has a problem is:
- At POS we don't want to sale item which has stock/inventory is <= 0, if stock/inventory is current > 0 we let it can sale at POS
- I've already used either of inventory setup>prevent negative inventory checked or item card/prevent negative inventory, but it's not work for POS, seem that only work for post some document like, item journal, transfer/sale shipment.

from the description, looks like the POS is overriding the prevent negative inventory logic on NAV side. You need to discuss with the vendor who owns POS if this is something configurable to make the NAV function work or make changes in the codes to make NAV logic work as expected.
