Unable to click form editor Button and open the form editor through command bar from serviceappointment form entity

Hello Everyone,

We are trying to customize the form using form editor button through command bar in service appointment entity(renamed as job).

However, while clicking on the form editor button no other window is opening.It is acting as it is disabled.

Also System Administrator/System Customizer roles are given to the form and the required customization persmission are given for the roles 

Please help us out on this issue if possible and also find the attached screenshot where you will find the highlighted form editor button which we have mentioned in the above description.

CRM details:

Version -  version 8.2 on premise

    Yes Rakesh i have seen in the console of the developer tools but there also we didnt found any log or error.

    OK. Have you tried pressing F12 and seeing the developer tools when you click the button?

    Hi Rakesh,

    Thanks for your quick reply.

    We had already disabled pop -up blockers but still the issue persist.

    Also we tried to open it from internet explorer but we couldn't open it.

    Please let us know if anything else we can check.

    Hi Sanjeev,

    Disable any pop-up blockers from your browser and try again.

    If it doesnt work open CRM in a different browser (EDGE or FIREFOX) and try again.
