My company was using CRM 2011 in the cloud and then we had the 'Fall 13' upgrade applied, last year. Today I got a mail from MS saying “Now that you've updated to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Fall ‘13 or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, review the steps below ...” so it seems they are two things not one thing. Esp when some other stuff from MS asks me whether I'm on 2011 or 2013. I don't know any more! - Confused customer.
