My customer has outlook synchronized with CRM and was able before to track emails for all his leads by just clicking on track button in outlook. The customer did not need to set the regarding field button on outlook. The emails sent and received were showing before on the social pane under each lead. Lately, my customer is not being able to view the emails sent and received under every lead in the related social pane. However, The emails are being tracked (inserted in CRM) because I can find them using advanced find and they appear in the social panes of the opportunity and contact when I qualify the lead.

What changed? Isn't pressing on track email enough to track an email of a lead to see the email in the social pane of the lead?
