Please bear with me as I'm very new to everything technical. I'm currently managing a small to medium flower delivery company in Switzerland and I was tasked with integrating Dynamics for our customer service needs. Indeed, our current "manual" system no longer scales and we need a professional solution. Therefore our IT division suggested trying your solution to see if it would fit our needs. Unfortunately, I'm not really a tech-savvy person so I haven't found any "quick start" for the Dynamics customer service integration. It would be great if you could direct me to specific documentation, or even better, sample integration that I could look at? It all seems very abstract at this point and my managers want a clear idea of what kind of benefits they would get from such an integration.
