Fields with Field Security enabled does not show up under Field Permissions.

Hi Everyone,

I had enabled field security for couple of fields and I had created field security profiles, and also gave the necessary permissions. Suddenly today when I was using the solution, I realised that all the enabled fields disappeared from my Field Security Permissions list and now all those fields are locked down! Being a system administrator, I tried to disable and enable the fields again, but its not allowing me to do so saying 'You do not have sufficient permission'. But I'm the System Administrator. Please give me a solution.
