Hi,
Is it possible to check/uncheck an Additional Menu item? Essentially we want to add a new menu item to a GP window and then allow for checking/unchecking it. We could add the menu item to an existing menu item on the GP window, but we do not want to create an Alternate Window.

There isn't a way to do that without making an alternate form. You would have to add the menu option to the form, which makes it alternate. You can't do it through a trigger or anything like that.
