Loading Analytics failed : Power BI Embedded error

Hi everyone, 

We have an issue on loading Power Bi reports on Analytics tab for users (except as System administrator).

The error message is : ''Failed to publish Power BI Embedded report HcmBIWorkforce.''

We need this functionality for Human resource manager.
