CRM Plugin Registration Tool V9 authentication error.

I have installed Microsoft.CrmSdk.XrmTooling.PluginRegistrationTool.9.1.0.184 into my plugin.

I was just fine few weeks ago.

But now, I'm getting bellow error when I'm trying to login.  I'm using sames credentials as CRM login. 

Please mentioned the ares that I need to check to solve this issue.

    Hi Isanka,

    Please try deleting the contents of the folder

    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\PluginRegistration and then log in

    Seems these files have moved to a new location with the PowerPlatform development tools:  C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\CRMDeveloperToolKit
