We are trying to do a vendor clean up and have ran across an issues where there is no data in a vendor in vendor maintenance but when we try to delete that vendor we get an error message saying "This record cannot be deleted. It is in use elsewhere in the system." We can not find them anywhere else in our system.

Hi swarren
Did you select view option is all documents in vendor maintenance screen?, Is your database multi company ?. You should check again by select option is all documents and all company (if any), I think that vendor has some transactions and it doesn't show up for your limit selection.
