Hello everyone,

I hope someone can help me with this issue. I'm encountering an error when trying to export item groups using Data Management. I've attached a screenshot of the error message.

Has anyone experienced this before? I would really appreciate any suggestions or solutions you might have.
Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hi Naveen,

Do you have this error only when exporting item groups or for all entities? Have you verified the temporary work folder and validated the connection on the data management parameters?

    Hello André Arnaud de Calavon,

this is happening while export and import and for all entities and the validate option in the parameter is also done, so im also surprised.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Naveen,

The suggestion is just use the template for Item Groups and create an export Data management project. Based on this template, populate all the data to be imported into D365 and it should work. It looks like your source file is broken (either field mapping issues or file corruption issues or field data type issue). Rather than spending time fixing the source file would recommend using the data management template.

Hope this helps. Happy to answer questions, if any.

    Hello Navneeth,

thank you, I tried refreshing entity list and I tried using template, but I kept getting the same msg. I'm searching other options, please let me know if there is any other way, is there a possibility of sql timout issue?
