Deleting timecards from the Timecard List in Business Portal

Posted on by 75

In the Business Portal's Project Center, when some of our employees click on "Time" and go to create a new timecard under the "Timecard List", they have the option of selecting from several timecards from 2009 and prior.  However, those timecards don't exist in SL and have dates from before the Time and Expense module was used by my company.

How can I delete these timecards so that they don't appear in the Timecard List's dropdown menu, but without messing up the time and expense information already existing in SL?

Thanks!

    Dear Maritel,

Do you mean the weekending date list or do you mean they can pick existing time under the "in process" list?

In both cases you can delete the records. In process time can always be deleted by bringing up the timecard, deleting the line items and then deleting the header.

The week ending list will show all unused weekending dates by the employee. You can go into the Week Maintenace screen in SL application and delete the old weekending dates from previous years.
