How to add email recipient column

We cannot find the email Recipient field ( or Customer filed) on the right side to add to the view. Is there special setting need to do?

    Hi,

    If I got your ask correctly, you want to add the 'To and 'CC' fields into the activities view.

    If yes, I am afraid that there is no easy solution to this as the activity entity that is the smallest common denominator of email and phone call does not have these fields.

    This is also why you will not find it in the regular views in CRM.

    The only workaround I can Think of if making a retrievemultiple plugin that adds this information to the response which switches based on what the type is. This will require a developer and is not that straight forward and will also create some inconsistencies in the system (like with exporting to excel).

    Hello LaserCopr,

    Probably this is the system view which you are using. So when you are making any changes like Add column, Arrange Column, Filter Record, etc

    This changes will be apply locally which will be removed once page is refreshed.

    Now if you want to see this view as per your requirement you can perform any of the below solution.

    1. If you want to Change given system view then just follow below steps. But this changes will be applicable/ able to see all the users who have access.

    2. Create a Personal View.

    This is also a feature where you can create your own view and this will be visible to only you. Please refer above article to Create personal view.

    If you are adding columns to an existing view (System for example) the changes you have made on the view are temporary and will be lost if you navigate to another view without saving them. See link below. Also, what entity are you in Campaign, Contact??

    please see screenshot, we would like to add Customer Name column,  and also would like to save the view ( at the moment once it is been log out, and log back in, the view will reset :

    Can yo provide more information or screenshot. Is this an existing view that you are trying to add additional columns to using the 'Edit Columns' option or are you trying to create a new view within 'Advanced Find' Also, what entity are you in?
