Is there any web learning available for Dynamics CRM Custom portal customisation.
I just want to start with adding new pages to the home page.
Can some one points me to the right direction please?

You should be able to investigate the Microsoft documentation found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/portals/administer-manage-portal-dynamics-365
You can also take a read here https://community.dynamics.com/enterprise/b/colinvermandermicrosoft/archive/2017/07/20/dynamics-365-portals-administrative-wizard which outlines how to use the Administrative Wizard to create content easier.
