Hi All,
I want to integrate CRM with BC. As you know, it is neccessary to setup the CDS first. so I have given a Admin-User, who has the System adminstrator and System Customizer. This Admin-User needs also for sign up to CRM a Multi-factor authentication.
But I've got an Error: The system cannot connect to CDS.
detail: Unable to login to Dynamics CRM
Can anybody help me?

Hello,
This can be achieved. However, MFA cannot be configured / setup via an Azure policy. It must be enabled via Office 365, Users, Edit Users, MFA. From there you can enable it on a per user base and then configure an App password which you can use for the integration account.
