Display the purchase order based on the Cost centers.

Hello Dears,

I hope everyone doing well,

i have a question.

currently we are adding the POs with its dimension, one of these dimensions is the cost center.

i would like to display the POs based on the cost centers for the users, so when the user logged in, he can only access the POs that contain the cost centers, that he has permissions for that.

do we have any standard solution or work around that we can use to apply this request?

Hi Karim, I don't know if there is standard security policy for same requirement but It can be done by Extensible Data Security (XDS) by creating custom policy.

Extensible Data Security (XDS) could provide the security constraints you need. This requires developer involvement to configure the policies. learn.microsoft.com/.../extensible-data-security-policies
