Description not visible on detail of knowledge article in portal, Ratings not visible either

We have set up some Knowledge Articles that are visible in the portal. On the Home page, we can see the Title and Description of most popular articles. But when you click on the article, the description is not available. Is there a way to display it on that view?

I've also enabled ratings, but cannot see this working. What Page Template contains the ratings control? I found an article indicating to change page template from Full Page to Page, but that didn't work.

Hope someone can help please

Hi partner,

According to this article, descriptions of KB articles just used for searching articles.

If you want to display the description, you could try to add the description into html content and then preview the effect.

Also, If you want the description to be automatically added to the body, I recommend you to create a workflow to achieve this requirement when updating the entity.
