Voiding Purchase Orders

Posted on by 2

Good day,

Observation , I have a couple of Purchase Orders where the option 'Edit purchase order' is not available, but the 'Void'  can be used.

What are the differences with these two options and why does it appear as an either or?

Regards

Rosemary

If the PO type is blank it almost sounds like they may be damaged PO's. You noted there is a remaining subtotal. Do the individual lines look correct?

    Good day,

My apologies for the very late response, and yes, the POs have no dates, PO Type is also blank and the only option is to 'void'. The orders have a remaining subtotal, but I think they may not have been 'closed'.

    Regards

Are you saying you have open purchase orders that when you go to Edit Purchase Orders you cannot enter those PO numbers?
