HQ On Order Issue

I cannot find where the number below is located/derived from in the database. We are having an issue where the transfer guidance is not functioning correctly because HQ is showing this on order, but the same item shows 0 on order at the store level at all stores. 

Can someone help me track down this number so we can fix this issue?

RMS Version 2.0.200

SQL 2012

    I would look into the ItemDynamic table at HQ for this item and see what the store show in this table.
