Error Messages Dynamics 365 V9

Our organization is experiencing multiple errors this morning in CRM,  we are Online, on Dynamics 365 V9.  I have a few errors, the first is Users not being able to Qualify or Add New Quote, when clicking on the Qualify function , no action takes place, when I do F12 and look at the Console this is the error message:
The other error occurs in the Opportunity and Quote Form, also note that I do not have any script running on these forms:

I'm not sure what has happened to my CRM since Friday but both errors have just started as of this morning.  Anyone else seeing these errors ?

    Can you please check that your CRM version and database version are matching?

    This has been a known issue, which I just saw a resolution in another post.

    Go to your instance, click on top right settings and click "ABOUT" if you see:

    When you see that there is a version mismatched between your CRM Online version and your database version, you raise a ticket, mention that your Database and Scale Group Versions are mismatched and ask to resolve the issue (this will save support troubleshooting and might get your resolution faster).

    Microsoft Support will update your instance and you should get a resolution.

    Hello,

    Could you please check the version of Dynamics CRM , MS recently upgrade the version which causes the issue. Keep in touch with MS or you can raise a bug to MS  or wait for next release.

    This is a known MS bug at the moment and have been reported by many users in the community - kindly get in touch with MS to get the bug id and other next steps.
