I have a custom entity called "Phone Call". In contact form there is custom button "Create Phone Call" on click of the button "Phone Call" form should get open, while form is loading script error is coming. But when we open the same form seperately that script error is not comming. How to Troubleshoot/Debug this?
Can some one help me with clear explaination.

You need to decide which part of your script runs correctly.
Once you know, write debugger; in the JS code and upload.
Now, you'll need to keep the Console open by pressing F12, once on the file, just replicate the scenario which will hit the debugger; line of code. You can then take the debugging from there.
